Mixed Use

Mixed use properties contain both commercial and residential units. we can lend on 2-8 unit mixed use for both purchase and refinance:

70-75% LTV, based on building and credit
typically, we need the commercial space to be less than 49% of total square footage
Rental income only used to qualify
Reserves required

Land Loans

We offer land loans for the purchase of lots for residential and commercial development. Our investor can finance just the purchase, or the purchase and construction of homes on the lot
